You can return most goods from Nubian Royale within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as long as goods remain in unused and undamaged condition with all tags and accompaniments intact. If you no longer want an item you must notify us on returns@nubianroyale.com within 14 days from the date the goods were accepted by you or a third party the parcel was delivered to, who is not the carrier.
We will NOT accept goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
Once return is authorised you will be liable for any shipping cost and charges. Please be advised to use a sign for service and keep your receipt as a proof of return.
Faulty goods
All products go through rigorous quality checks however, if you discover any faulty goods please notify us on returns@nubianroyale.com along with description of the fault with pictures and/or video evidence. If confirmed, we will then either send you a prepaid label or refund your return shipping cost.
Refunds
We will issue a refund back to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We may choose not to offer a refund or may rather offer a part refund if goods are found NOT to be in unused and undamaged condition.
