Despite our efforts, however the information may on occasion be incomplete, inaccurate or no longer current. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

However the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system or mobile phone, and we cannot guarantee that these devices will accurately display such colours.

2.5 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer
SECTION 3 – Terms of Sale
3.1 Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship can place an order.
3.2 By placing an order with Nubian Royale, you are representing that all information provided to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are the authorised user of the payment method provided.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse any order request made for any reason at any time
3.4 To ensure that your credit, debit, charge card or PayPal account is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with relevant data protection laws.

3.6 Prior to our acceptance of an order, we may request verification of the information provided to us. We reserve the right after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
3.7 In the event that a product lists an incorrect price we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price. In the event that order is cancelled, if payment has already been made or if the charge has already been deducted from your account, we will credit your account to the amount of the incorrect price.
SECTION 4 – Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Nubian Royale shall cancel an order under the condition that the product has not already been dispatched, at the time of the request. All cancellation request should be submitted in writing to cs@nubianroyale.com
4.2 Nubian Royale shall process a full refund under the following conditions:
- The product received does not match the description provided in the listing in terms of quality; or if it is faulty;
- The product concern is reported to Nubian Royale in writing to cs@nubianroyale.com within 7 days of receipt; and
- The product is shipped back to Nubian Royale within 14 days of receipt
4.3 The product must be returned in the same condition it was in upon receipt.
4.4 If you wish to return an order please note that you will be required to cover the cost of shipping back to Nubian Royale. Please complete the pre-printed return form in your parcel.
4.5 Nubian Royale will attempt to process the refund using the same method used to make the payment.
as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items.
SECTION 5 – Shipping & Delivery
Nubian Royale acts with the utmost care to process orders and will endeavour to deliver your order, in accordance with your selected delivery option

6.1 The name “Nubian Royale” and all other Nubian Royale logos, designs and phrases used in connection with our services are trademarks. They may not be used without prior written permission of Nubain Royale.
6.2 You agree that any information, comments or content (“User Content”) you post on the Site will not violate any right of of the company Nubian Royale and any third-party. Such rights include copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or any other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material.

7.1 Nubian Royale shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the product or services provided through the Site
7.2 From time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. Site updates and other communications may not occur in real time
